Field technicians register their access via SMS when they execute works on technical equipment. Proximus’ Network Monitoring Center is automatically informed and the related alerts are automatically coupled.
The number of inbound calls was reduced by 30% in the first month after the release. Alert-check is now possible anytime, anywhere. The field technicians receive the alerts via SMS, with about 1,000 check-alerts per month.
