Delhaize wanted to optimise its communication during crises and incidents. For example, to be able to notify all shop managers to take a product off the shelves immediately or to inform about a strike action in front of a store.

The Crisis Communication Centre is 100% secure and 24/7 available. Today, Delhaize can send SMS alerts in real time, ensuring an effective crisis communication. By monitoring the status of messages, Delhaize can check if its messages are delivered, read, and acted upon.
