In the past, Forum Jobs contacted candidates for open positions through classic phone calls, SMS, e-mails or by meeting the candidates face-to-face. “The main task of an HR consultant is to place a lot of calls, to contact people” says the COO of Forum Jobs. “We decided to automate that part of their job to be able to contact a lot more people in a lot less time”.

This was certainly a challenge RingRing wanted to take on! Thanks to automated calls, it is easy to gain in time and efficiency.

How does it work?
We implemented automated voice calls in combination with automated SMS. When there’s an open position, a message is recorded and sent out through automated calls to potential candidates. Candidates that receive the call can select whether they are interested in the open position. If it’s the case, they will automatically be transferred to the correct consultant. They also can ask to receive the job description via SMS. Once the position is filled, the solution stops contacting other candidates.
Result: Flexibility and positive results.
