Sending out mass SMS, automated calls or e-mails can be quite stressful. Some messages are time sensitive and you really want your clients to receive the message at the exact foreseen moment.
To be on top of things, you can visualize real-time SMS delivery status on Message Analytics or configure Message Monitor to make sure your sending is going smoothly. Because, let’s be honest, when stakes are high for your business, you prefer to check everything twice. And you’re right to do so.
Our top priority: the availability of our services
First of all, we can ensure that, at RingRing, the availability of our services is our top priority. We have 2 redundant data centers and our platform always has a high capacity and low latency internet connection thanks to its connection to multiple, redundant, Internet Service Providers. In case that is not enough, we have 24/7 NOC to monitor the platform. To put it in a nutshell, we have backup plans for all technical issues we may encounter so that you don’t need to worry about that.
Unfortunately, we cannot control every aspect of the message delivery. For example, when there is a carrier network issue, there is nothing we can do about it, no matter how much we would like to. Furthermore, we need to plan maintenances to improve our platform once in a while. However, when we can’t, we can mitigate an issue, we will send you updates on incidents and maintenance to keep you informed in real-time of them so that you can plan your sending accordingly.
Updates on availability: the easy way to release some stress
So, if you would like to be kept informed of availability, you can subscribe to these updates directly from your account. First of all, log in on the RingRing portal and go to your profile in the top right corner. On this page, you can activate your subscriptions. As you can see, you can choose to receive notifications per e-mail and per SMS for critical incidents. Simply select the products or technologies that might impact you. You will now receive an e-mail or an SMS with updates on availability of our services as soon as they are detected.
