Using a multi-channel solution
“We decided to implement automated voice calls in combination with automated SMS. When we have an open position, we record a message that is sent out through automated calls to potential candidates” reveals the recruitment agency’s COO. “Candidates that receive the call can select whether they are interested in the open position, in which case they will automatically be transferred to the correct consultant, or if they would like to receive the job description per SMS. Once the position is filled, the solution stops contacting other candidates”
