Walter Mortelmans, Managing Director (DMC).
Walter Mortelmans is fluent tri lingual, obtained degrees in BBA, MBA and later on Master in Marketing & Advertising at the Solvay Business School.
After working for an American Company in Belgium he obtained the first Dialogic voice cards approvals for Belgium and the Netherlands. Working in close supplier relation with Lernout & Hauspie (1989) he got good knowledge of voice related technologies and installing Belgians first phone banking systems. He co-founded RDS Telecom. This Company became one of the major wholesalers in telecommunication and office supplies. This Company was sold later on to Avenir Telecom (France).
After a year spend as Business Manager at Olivetti Systems & Networks (1990) he created The Ring Ring Company (1991) together with Deficom group. The Ring Ring Company is one of the two Belgian market leaders in interactive voice response services and mobile services. This experience brought him to work daily and very close to several major telecom operators, media and marketing. He’s very experienced with interactive technologies and their marketing and/or application on the field.

Patrice Huybrechts, VP Business Development & Sales / Director (PHA)
Patrice Huybrechts is tri lingual and obtained degrees in MBA & MIS.
Patrice co-founded The Ring Ring Company in 1991.

Geoffroy Docq, Chief Technical Officer
Geoffroy started his career in 1999 by developing Voice Interactive Applications for the Magiphone Company. Later on, he developed first voice applications using the ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) .
In 2006, he took the direction of the Technical Operations of the Ring Ring Company and manage a team of 9 experts in various technologies including system administration, architecture , datacenter management, mobile and voice development, project management, customer service …

Myriam Zonderland, Project Manager
Myriam joined The Ring Ring Company in 1991. She has a Master in ICT from ULB and Solvay. She is charge of internal sales, Account Management & Project Management.
Annelies Walravens, Account Manager
Annelies started her professional journey in 1998.
After 8 years as Assistant in the Music Industry, she finally started as
coordinator of services in a French Retail company. She joined the Sales
Team at The Ring Ring Company in December 2008 as Content & Fulfillment Manager. In 2011 Annelies evolved to Account Manager and is together with Patrice Huybrechts and Myriam Zonderland the direct contact for our clients.

Bernard Renders, Marketing Manager
Bernard started his career in 1990 in different Communication agencies. He developed strategies & communication for several companies and organizations as GoodYear European Training center, Toyota Motor Corporation, International Iron & Steel Institute or European Commission (DGI, V, XVI,…).
Since 2000, he worked as marketing consultant for Belgian Mobile Operators & Retail chains in the Telecom sector. In 2005, he took the direction of Marketing activities in Brightpoint Benelux.
In 2009, Bernard joined The Ring Ring Company as Marketing Manager.
