New guidelines Forum GSM operators
New rules have recently application for regarding SMS / MMS services performed in Belgium.
KPN Group Belgium, Mobistar, Belgacom (Proximus) and Telenet, meeting within the GOF (GSM Operators’ Forum), regularly take common positions on non-competitive issues in relation to growth and sustainable deployment of mobile services in Belgium.
