For your SMS mailings, The Ring Ring Company has a multimedia platform equipped with a SMS gateway.
This gateway is linked directly to all four Belgian mobile operators. We handle both the opening of the short codes as well as the paper work at the operators.

What type(s) of short codes 3XXX do you use for your SMS messages?
A short code of the 3xxx type makes it possible to send SMS at a premium tariff of € 0 to
€ 4. There are two types of SMS messaging:
- MT (Mobile Terminated) : the application is sent free of charge to the user and the costs are charged to the client.
- MTRB (Mobile Terminated Reverse Billed) : the application is sent to the user and charged to them at a premium tariff.
How does it work?
With The Ring Ring Company’s SMS Mailer, which is accessible via a user-friendly web interface, you can manage you SMS mailings yourself:
- Enter your mobile number (international format 3247xxxxxxx) and a message and send one message.
- Upload a file with a list of mobile numbers in international format and the message that belongs to each of the numbers and send grouped messages.
- The Ring Ring Company identifies the corresponding operator for each mobile number (number portability check) to avoid any surcharges when sending the messages.
- The Ring Ring Company can supply you acknowledgements of receipt on the same site (depending on the chosen options). The acknowledgements of receipt are only definite after 3 days since the operators make a number of attempts at sending during this period.
